Cold therapy reduces swelling and pain caused by inflammation and relieves the discomforts associated with joint & muscle injuries, head and neck pain, arthritis, post- surgical pain & burns. Hot therapy encourages blood vessels to dilate, increasing blood circulation, which brings oxygen and nutrients to the specific tissues that the source of heat is applied to, relieving head aches and pains, sinusitis, and arthritis pain. Depending on the source of the pain, alternate between hot and cold therapy. Simply place in refrigerator or freezer until desired temperature for a cold/ice pack effect. For a hot pack effect, simply place in microwave until desired temperature is reached. The clay pack is then ready to relieve your aches and pains!

For a comfortable, spa-like experience, use the side that is backed by plush, fabric backing. For a more direct impact, use the side covered in premium PVC plastic. Made out of non-toxic, medical grade clay with premium PVC cover, our head wrap resists tearing and leaking. It remains flexible even while cold, allowing it to mold to the body part being treated and reach deep into the tissue to reduce pain and tension. It can be washed by simply wiping it down.
